LIABILITY RELEASE AND PARADE RULES : Please read and sign before submitting your application. Application is hereby made for entry in the 2024 Astoria Regatta Grand Land or Highwater Boat Parade. The entrant agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend against Astoria Regatta Association, City of Astoria, all sponsoring organizations and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all liabilities whatsoever arising out of the participation in the 2024 Astoria Regatta Grand Land and/or Highwater Boat Parade. Entrant agrees to comply with the rules and regulations of the Astoria Regatta Grand Land and/or Highwater Boat Parades and any additional rules deemed necessary for the safe conduct of the 2024 Astoria Regatta Grand Land and/or Highwater Boat Parades and related activities. Failure to comply may cause denial of entrant on parade day or jeopardize future parade participation.
